Job Description

We are seeking a structured and detail-oriented International Trade License Officer on behalf of our client, with excellent English skills.

The role requires a person who is communicative and comfortable managing contacts both internally and externally, including with authorities.

The work involves supporting the client's department; Global Trade with various administrative tasks related to the role of ITLO.

The tasks include, among others:

- Handling End-User Certificates

- Administration of Technical Assistance Agreements (TAA)

- Other administrative tasks relevant to the department and the role

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

- Speaks and understands English fluently in both spoken and written form.

- Has good administrative skills

- Works in a structured manner and has an eye for detail. 

- Is accustomed to communicating clearly and professionally in both spoken and written form and enjoys a role that involves many points of contact.

As the client operates in the defense industry, Swedish citizenship is a requirement.

You will also need to undergo a drug test and a security clearance for this role.
