Do you want to build secure and smart solutions for Sweden's Digital Infrastructure?
Are you passionate about security, identity, and access? Do you want to help build and drive the digital infrastructure that enables Sweden to function more simply, securely, and intelligently? At Digg, you will be part of an experienced DevOps team working on solutions that impact the entire society. Together, we create the conditions for future digital services – for authorities, businesses, and residents.
About the job
We are looking for a software developer for our identity and access team. Here, we develop and manage central components of Sweden's digital infrastructure, focusing on authentication, authorization, federation, and policy management. Our focus is to build the common digital infrastructure to provide both public Sweden, private actors, and citizens with digital services. Examples of services we develop and operate include secure messaging, electronic identification and signing, and the common digital entry point to the EU. To achieve this, we are now strongly investing in further developing our own IT delivery capabilities.
We work within two main areas:
- Identity and access. We develop secure identity and access solutions based on standards such as OIDC, OAuth 2.0, and SAML – both for internal needs and external services. The environment is modern, container-based, and with high demands for availability and security.
- Federation services. We build and manage federations for public and private collaboration using technologies such as SAML 2.0 and OpenID Federation. You will help shape the Swedish federation infrastructure.
As a software developer with us, you will:
- build and further develop backend solutions in Java and related frameworks
- develop services based on microservice architecture
- work with solutions within identity and access management (OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SAML, OIDF)
- contribute to increased security and reliability in our platforms
- collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and colleagues in agile teams
- participate in the work with open source components in the area
The work is done agile, with a strong focus on collaboration, learning, and continuous improvements.
