IT operates across the region and is meant to support all of the region's operations. With over 10,000 users, 50 major operational systems, 400 medium and smaller systems, over 8,000 workplaces, and demands for production around the clock, you will play an important role in making the puzzle fit together and enabling future healthcare.

Our area of IT, MT, and digitalization has an overarching responsibility to coordinate the region's IT and digitalization efforts. It should feel exciting to build future services together to meet our residents' needs and support healthcare with the overarching purpose: to create more time for care!

We are now looking for an engaged senior developer to join our team! The position is a permanent full-time employment with a start date to be agreed upon. The placement locations are Sundsvall, Härnösand, Sollefteå, or Örnsköldsvik and will be decided in agreement with the recruiting manager.

As a senior developer, you will be part of a professional and dedicated team with a strong drive forward. You will have an important role in our work to design and implement future IT support for an organization with a high rate of digitalization. You will work alongside a team that includes other system developers, architects, and management leaders.

• It is important that you have a good understanding of all aspects of the development process (requirements gathering, design, development, testing, production deployment, documentation, and operations) and have a desire to engage in these, as well as an interest in further developing your skills in these areas.
• Your responsibilities will include translating business needs into realized integration/system solutions through all aspects of the development process and being able to manage several such projects concurrently. To thrive with us, we believe you enjoy problem-solving and want to combine system analysis with development and technology.
• You will work in an agile team where initiative, responsibility, and flexibility are important, and where you together are responsible for planning, refining, and implementing.

We are looking for someone who

• Has an academic degree in system development/computer science or similar, or equivalent acquired knowledge that we consider comparable.
• Has previously worked in areas described in the advertisement and has experience working in complex organizations such as healthcare.
• Has at least 7 years of experience in .Net development.
• Can independently conduct investigations, requirements management, design, and development of system integrations according to a predetermined architecture.
• Has experience developing EAI solutions.
• Has good knowledge of both Swedish and English in speech and writing.
• Has a valid driver's license B, as travel is required in the position.
• Has worked with development in SQL Server.

It is advantageous for the position if you

• Have previously worked with development in Microsoft BizTalk.
• Have previously worked with system development in teams.
• Have previously worked in the healthcare sector.
• Have previously developed RPA solutions, preferably in UIPath.
• Have previously worked with Inera's RIV-TA and service contracts.
• Have previously worked with FHIR.
• Have predominantly worked with .Net development in the last 3 years.
• Have previously worked with system integration via SOAP and REST services.
• Have previously developed in Java.
• Have previously developed microservices.
• Have previously developed integrations in Azure Integration Services.
