Project Manager in Test Management

Your Future Challenge

At the SIL department, we work with test development and testing of software-based functions, both automated and manual tests, in our vehicle systems. Testing is performed on our test benches as well as directly in our vehicles.

Test management is an important project component in all our projects, and now we want to strengthen our team with more project managers for the SIL department.

Typical Tasks

• Be responsible for planning resources and test work.
• Act as SIL's point of contact in our development projects.
• Collaborate with other subsystems within Hägglunds.
• Be responsible for the project budget for SIL's work.
• Follow up and report on our testing work.
• Travel and customer contact may occur depending on the phase of the project.

Through clear goals and follow-ups, you create good conditions for the project members to achieve results and development. You will also be part of the department's work to continuously develop our internal processes to streamline and broaden our capabilities.

In addition to the above tasks, there is an opportunity to vary tasks based on knowledge and preferences, where theory is mixed with more practical work, as there is a large variation between different types of projects at Hägglunds.

Who You Are

We value previous experience in project management positions and are looking for someone with a strong interest in motivating your project members through supportive and coaching leadership.

As a person, you have a strong drive and take great responsibility. You have good collaboration and communication skills and are a good team player who wants to help drive our work forward.

Good knowledge of Swedish and English is a requirement.
