We are looking for an IT architect for a government environment where the work is characterized by collaboration, short feedback loops, and close dialogue with stakeholders both inside and outside the organization. The assignment includes architectural issues in both development and management – from early exploratory phases to implementation – focusing on building sustainable IT solutions with high quality and a good degree of automation.

You will play an important role in the work with transformation and implementations, where target architecture and guiding principles are used as support in prioritization and solution choices. The assignment also includes documentation and knowledge transfer to relevant staff.

• Manage, implement, and follow up on IT architecture issues within development and management, from exploratory to implementation
• Lead and support change processes and contribute to transformation and implementation assignments where target architecture is guiding
• Contribute to the development of IT services, systems, and components with associated documentation from an architectural perspective
• Analyze needs from customers, external stakeholders, and partners and translate these into the development of the IT function with an architectural focus
• Support work at the intersection of business and IT regarding requirements, target architecture, and functionality
• Drive architectural issues together with other architects and management-related roles in various delivery teams, including prioritization and solution contributions
• Continuously report progress and align architectural issues with the chief architect
• Collaborate with relevant departments and IT units within the areas of the assignment
• Contribute to tactical and operational digitization and automation work at the solution level with a focus on architecture

• Ability to collaborate, be receptive, work independently, be proactive, and communicate in Swedish
• Experience working with IT architecture issues in development and management

• Experience working agile and iteratively with SAFe as a framework or inspiration
• Experience working in Jira and Confluence
