SiS Youth Home Vemyra, located outside Sollefteå, receives school-age boys up to 16 years old with psychosocial problems as well as criminal behavior and substance abuse.

Job Description

As an IT Administrator, you will be responsible for the operation, management, and further development of the organization's IT environment. You will work closely with the operations to ensure that IT support functions effectively, securely, and in accordance with applicable regulations. We are looking for someone who is meticulous, service-oriented, collaborative, and flexible.

• Administer and manage IT systems, telephony, servers, networks, and client environments.
• Manage user accounts and permissions.
• Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot incidents.
• Participate in system management and maintain good collaboration with the IT department at headquarters.
• Administer and create government ID cards.
• Work with information security, IT security, and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in risk analyses, incident management, and continuity work.
• Collaborate with external suppliers.
• Document systems, procedures, and technical solutions.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of the IT environment and digital working methods.
• Other tasks may occur.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in IT or other education deemed equivalent by the employer.
• Experience in IT administration in Windows-based environments.
• Basic knowledge of networks, servers, and client management.
• Understanding of information security and IT security.
• Good ability to document and work in a structured manner.
• Excellent command of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Experience working as an IT administrator is an advantage.

Employment:

The position is a fixed-term full-time employment for six months while the regular incumbent is on leave. Start date by agreement.
