About the job

We are looking for a specialist in contract management for the System Management unit. Within the unit, architects, specialists, and system technicians work with various responsibilities to ensure that IT services are delivered according to established contracts, service levels, and regulations, and that deliveries are followed up and developed over time.

As a specialist in contract management, you will work with procurement, management, and follow-up of IT contracts, as well as be responsible for supplier follow-up. The role includes work with service level management and follow-up of service level agreements (SLA and OLA), where you ensure that agreed service levels are met and monitored over time. You collaborate with both internal and external parties on matters related to contracts, deliveries, and follow-up.

About you

To succeed and thrive in this role, you need to have the following competencies, knowledge, and experience:

Experience and knowledge - requirements

• At least 5 years of experience working with procurement and contract management within IT in the public sector
• At least 5 years of experience in supplier follow-up within IT in the public sector
• At least 5 years of experience working with service level management and service level agreements (SLA and OLA) for IT services
• Very good knowledge of procurement, contracts, and follow-up within IT
• Very good knowledge of service level management and service level agreements (SLA)
• Experience conducting procurement through negotiated procedures with prior advertising
• Experience conducting procurement through competitive dialogue
• Very good knowledge of the Public Procurement Act (LOU)
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English

Experience and knowledge - desirable

• Experience in contract management and follow-up within coordinated and secure state operations
