About the position

Perido is looking for an employee for an exciting assignment at our client's office in Sundsvall. The client company offers a range of communication services and contributes every day to shaping the digital transformation in the Nordic region. Their products and services play a crucial role in addressing current and future societal and environmental challenges.

Your responsibilities

In your role as an IT support technician, you will have the opportunity to utilize everything you already know about technology to solve customers' problems. At our client, you will have the chance every day to help and develop other people by ensuring that customers have a functioning IT workplace. In your work, you will be responsible for a number of customers who have IT support agreements with the client. You will assist the customer with everything from installing an email program to setting up a virtual machine for a server. Support is provided through guidance over the phone and email, or directly with remote control from the office.

Qualifications:

• A couple of years of experience working in a service desk/helpdesk within IT
• Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft's portfolio, PC, technical troubleshooting
• Ability to communicate fluently in both spoken and written Swedish and English

Scope and start date

Full-time, consulting assignment until 2027-07-01. Immediate start.
