RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for someone who wants to help develop our working methods within IT service process management in the unit for IT governance and architecture.

As an IT architect with us, you will play a central role in developing Bolagsverket's IT service processes and strategic requirements.

• tactical and operational development and work with architectural governance
• work as a system architect and system renewal as well as target architecture
• creation of documentation and proposals for realization in the form of solution architecture, both in text and in models
• development of solution patterns for working with micro-services (APIs) and Kafka solutions
• development of solution patterns for working with BI and AI with patterns, training, architecture, data strategies, and data routine documentation
• presentation of solution architecture in a clear manner so that development teams, IT governance, operations, and, in some cases, other authorities understand and can act and implement correctly
• collaboration with other authorities on architectural issues, technical support, and normalization.
• work with Bolagsverket's data management for the development of AI and machine learning models
• work with Front-end and Back-end architecture.

The architecture role involves evaluating, clarifying, and developing work within architectural issues for each process. The role also includes close collaboration with other functions to continuously improve and further develop the architecture and IT service process area at Bolagsverket.

As a key player in both strategic and tactical work, you contribute to translating strategies and processes into practical solutions that support colleagues in their daily work.

QUALIFICATIONS

To be successful in the role, we see that you have:

• relevant academic IT education or several years of experience in the IT field that the employer assesses as equivalent
• experience working strategically and tactically to develop and future-proof business flows architecturally within IT
• experience working in and being responsible for roles described in architectural governance
• experience working closely with IT governance and strategic IT issues with a focus on architecture
• experience with agile working methods, security, and quality assurance within IT
• very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

If you also have experience in the following areas, it is meritorious:

• worked together with requirement-setting operations to prioritize, capture, and design IT architecture
• worked with management teams and supported the development of documentation for well-founded decisions, including the development of decision documentation and financial calculations
• worked to drive business development and develop technical roadmaps
• experience with DevSecOps and its implementation in developing architectural models and solutions
• worked with microservices (APIs) and Kafka solutions, as well as handling IT security and architectural issues that affect business development
• good ability and extensive experience working with front-end architecture
• worked on developing decision documentation and financial calculations
• experience working within a government authority
• several years of experience as an IT architect
• certification as an IT architect.
