Do you want to help shape the future IT Operations Center in one of Sweden's largest authorities? At Försäkringskassan's Production Center, we play a crucial role in ensuring that our IT services operate smoothly and reliably – every day, for millions of users. We are now looking for a solution-oriented IT architect who wants to contribute to the development of our operational architecture and create conditions for a modern and efficient IT Operations Center.

IT Architecture, AIOps, IT Operations

Main Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural work for monitoring, incident management, and automation at the Production Center.
• Design and drive the architecture for AIOps platforms, focusing on the consumer perspective for the Production Center, which improves alert relevance, automates triage, and enables predictive maintenance.
• Participate in incident management and RCA with a focus on reducing MTTR with AIOps solutions.
• Develop and drive the roadmap for an efficient IT Operations Center.
• Collaborate with operations, security, and development teams to implement architectural decisions.
• Review and quality assure change proposals, design specifications, and technical solutions.
• Initiate and lead proof-of-concepts for new technology in observability.
• Participate in the organization's architectural work by defining data and model pipelines for logging, metrics, tracing, and events, as well as ensuring data quality and scalability.
• Keep the architecture roadmap updated and collaborate with Product Owners, DevOps teams, and security.

The position involves handling confidential information, which places high demands on proper management. Therefore, it is important that you, who will work with us, have a strong security awareness.

We are looking for someone who

• has a relevant university degree or equivalent technical education
• has at least five years of experience in network and operational architecture within NOC, ISP, telecom, or large operational environments
• has experience with observability tools, log management, and metrics/telemetry
• has experience with automation/infra-as-code (Ansible, Terraform, Python, or similar)
• acts on their own initiative and takes responsibility for achieving good results
• is confident and trustworthy, even in stressful situations
• can understand and analyze complex issues
• has good organizational understanding and can translate this into practice
• has the ability to gain support for plans and ideas successfully
• collaborates effectively with others to achieve common goals
• has good communication skills, both verbally and in writing
• has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you have

• experience with SDN, cloud networking (AWS/Azure/GCP), or hybrid cloud
• certifications such as CCNP/CCIE, AWS/Azure cloud certificates, or Certified AIOps Architect
• experience with security architecture in networks (IDS/IPS, firewall design, Zero Trust)
• experience working with large traffic patterns.

Other Information

A position, permanent, full-time, with start date according to agreement. A probationary period may be applicable.
