We are now looking for an engaged IT and Process Coordinator who has a genuine interest in implementing, developing, and supporting systems and processes. About the role

As an IT and Process Coordinator, you will be responsible for the implementation, management, and support of IT systems and digital workflows according to our common working method CWW – Common Way of Working. You will serve as a central point of contact between the business, IT, and external suppliers, actively contributing to ensuring that our processes are efficient, user-friendly, and purposeful.

The role is both operational and development-oriented and is suitable for you who enjoy combining technology, process improvement, and collaboration with people.

Your responsibilities

  • Support the department's employees in the implementation and use of IT systems and digital solutions.
  • Ensure, document, and further develop processes and working methods related to our systems.
  • Act as project manager or sub-project manager during system changes, upgrades, and improvement initiatives.
  • Be the department's representative in internal and external development forums.
  • Participate in evaluation, testing, and implementation of new software versions and systems.
  • Collaborate closely with local IT users and provide qualified user support.
  • Contribute to training efforts and knowledge dissemination within the organization.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

  • Post-secondary education in IT, system science, digitalization, business development, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in system implementation, system management, and working with digital workflows.
  • Good understanding of how IT support interacts with business processes.
  • Experience working in project form, preferably in the role of coordinator or project manager.
  • Ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

It is meritorious if you also have:

  • Experience in change management or process development.
  • Experience working closely with end-users and conducting training.
  • Basic technical understanding of integrations and system environments.
