The client is implementing a decentralized structure for agile system development, and the role contributes to the continuous improvement of working methods and collaboration forms. Assignment Description

The role is initially aimed at strengthening competence within the payment portfolio, which includes system development in and by several teams, where you contribute with coordination and progress. Within the assignment, the client will adapt several parts of its processing systems over multiple releases over several years.

You will work in an agile coordinating role on behalf of and in close collaboration with object management, coordinating several development teams within the framework of the organization's agile working methods. Your tasks include ensuring that deliveries are made according to requirements, timelines, and quality. You will coordinate planning activities, dependencies, and resources.

The work is driven forward with the support of workflows in Jira, and documentation takes place in, but is not limited to, Confluence.

Within the framework of the development portfolios, the client applies and implements a decentralized structure for agile system development with several development teams. The forms for the role of agile assignment coordinator are under construction, and the assignment includes contributing to the continuous improvement of the role, working methods, and collaboration forms.

Necessary Competence

Extensive experience in leading and coordinating roles in complex IT and system development environments, good understanding of government operations and requirements for IT systems, broad technical understanding (development process, architecture, Java and frontend frameworks, container technology, databases, networks, infrastructure), experience with agile methods (Scrum/SAFe), and managing stakeholders at multiple levels, as well as very good Swedish in speech and writing.

• Have the competence, experience, and prerequisites to perform the assignment in accordance with the description above.
• Have extensive experience in leading and coordinating roles, such as project manager or equivalent in IT system development, including coordinating several parallel collaborative development teams with integrated delivery goals and complex IT and system environments, and have a very deep understanding of that type of assignment.
• Have worked in such a coordinating and leading role as requested, or similar, for at least 5 years within IT organizations with at least 100 employees.
• Have a broad general understanding and knowledge of government operations and requirements for IT systems. S04
• Have a broad general IT technical understanding of system development, such as the development process, IT architecture, Java frameworks, frontend frameworks, container technology, databases, networks, and infrastructure.
• Have extensive experience with assignments that have applied agile methods such as Scrum, SAFe, both in a structural coaching role and as a participant/coordinator/leader in executing delivery teams, and have participated operationally in planning and delivery within system development.
• Have extensive experience working with stakeholders at multiple levels from governance, management to executing development teams with associated supporting functions within IT operations and IT infrastructure.
• Have a good ability to express oneself in speech and writing in Swedish.

Desirable Competence

Meritorious is extensive experience with government agencies, financial systems, and budget/risk/resource follow-up, agile leadership roles (scrum master/product owner), work in scrum-based assignments, training in Scrum/SAFe, and practical experience with Jira, Confluence, and ITIL/ITSM.

• Have extensive experience and a good understanding of having established and followed up budgets, timelines, risks, and resources within larger IT assignments.
• Have extensive experience working as a scrum master, product owner, or equivalent agile role.
• Have extensive experience working with system development in government agencies.
• Have worked with system development in assignments to develop financial systems (for example, in banking or finance or similar areas such as loan ledgers, accounting, interest calculations, debt management, or similar).
• Have worked with system development where scrum or equivalent agile working methods have been the applied approach.
• Have training in roles within agile work such as Scrum or Safe.
• Have worked with Jira as support for agile work.
• Have worked with Confluence for documentation of corresponding results that the assignment concerns, or similar use case.
• Have experience with ITIL or other ITSM frameworks.
