About the roleAs a Delivery Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that SSG's customers fully benefit from their products and services. The customers are primarily Swedish industrial clients, but there may also be international clients.
The position is a consulting assignment for about 1 year starting February 1, 2026, with a good chance of extension and potential permanent employment.
You will be responsible for the entire delivery, which includes kickoff meetings, workshops for content and knowledge goals, consulting, and customer care follow-up. The workshops you will conduct are performed both remotely and on-site. SSG's customers are spread throughout the country, which means that travel is required in the role. You will serve as a supportive function for the customer throughout the implementation and ensure a good delivery that follows the timeline. You will guide the customer on how the services work and provide training in the associated system support. Additional tasks include administration for the entire delivery in internal system support and being part of continuously improving the delivery moving forward. In this role, you will have internal support and collaboration with various teams such as sales, e-learning, product managers, and support.
Your profileYou enjoy working customer-oriented and also independently, as this role requires good self-leadership. You thrive in a role with many points of contact and where you manage your own projects simultaneously. You have a strong ability to be solution-oriented and communicative in meetings with customers. In this role, you have the opportunity to develop processes, working methods, and your role in the long run.
Requirements for the position- Experience in a coordinating role with customer contact
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English
- Experience navigating digital systems
- Driver's license (B)
- Previous experience in project management or facilitation
- Previous experience in workplace safety issues within the industry or construction sector
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field
Start: As agreed.
Extent: Full-time
Working hours: Office hours on weekdays during the day.
Location: Sundsvall
Travel: Occurs up to every other week. Mainly nationally, international travel may occur.
Employment: Consulting assignment where you are employed by Stegra and rented to the client with a good chance of extension and potential permanent employment.
