We are looking for a senior IT architect in web and frontend for an established organization in the public sector. The assignment includes web development related to both internal and external websites as well as a shared component library. You will work closely with both the business and IT to capture, assess, and translate business requirements into sustainable solution patterns in line with target and reference architecture.

The role involves extensive collaboration, governance, and coordination with multiple delivery teams and other IT architects. You are self-driven and proactive, with the ability to create structure and direction in a complex delivery environment. Depending on the needs, you may also contribute to related initiatives in both development and management.

• Develop and further enhance architecture and solution patterns for web and frontend platforms.
• Ensure that solutions support target and reference architecture and meet business requirements.
• Work with architecture related to internal and external websites as well as a shared component library.
• Coordinate and create consensus among several parallel development teams with dependencies.
• Support and mentor other architects and developers in web and frontend.
• Contribute to working methods, governance, and architectural quality in an agile delivery.

• At least 10 years of experience (within the last 15 years) as an IT architect in web and frontend development with modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, and/or Vue.
• At least 7 years of experience (within the last 12 years) of Angular as a significant part of the work, with deep knowledge of the framework.
• At least 5 years of experience (within the last 15 years) in IT architecture in assignments where at least three parallel development teams have delivered releases with dependencies between the teams.
• At least 5 years of experience (within the last 15 years) as an IT architect in web in IT organization(s) with at least 100 employees.
• At least 5 years of experience (within the last 15 years) as an IT architect in web in the public sector.
• Extensive experience in supporting and mentoring other IT architects and system development roles in web/frontend.
• Extensive experience working in agile system development.
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

• Experience in a leading IT architectural role in larger organizations, including designing, driving, and leading architectural issues in web.
• In-depth experience in IT architecture in the public sector.
• At least 5 years of experience in development as a web and frontend developer.
• Experience in system development in React.
• Experience with CMS tools such as Sitevision or similar.
• Knowledge of web accessibility, e.g., WCAG.
• Knowledge of Java frameworks such as Springboot, version control in GIT-hub, and build processes in Jenkins.
• Experience with Scrum (or equivalent agile methodology).
• Experience with Jira (or equivalent) as support for agile teamwork.
• Experience with container technology with Red Hat Openshift or equivalent platform.
• Experience with Confluence for documentation.
