About the Unit

The position is located at the Garrison Unit, Amf 4. The Garrison Unit primarily serves as a supporting unit to other units and formations within the Gothenburg garrison. Our mission requires a wide range of activities. The Garrison Unit at Amf 4 provides services in the form of garrison coordination, defense health, surveillance/operations, sea transport, and maintenance of shooting and training fields, etc., within the Gothenburg garrison.

Main Responsibilities

• Functional management (planning, execution, and follow-up) of the unit's logistics (supply and technical services)
• Follow-up in PRIO and Lift
• Support to the departments' logistics officers
• Material planning and needs assessment of the unit's war and peace materials
• Participation in the unit's war planning and development work
• Participate in the Garrison's functional meetings for logistics
• Be able to act as a staff member

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

• Completed and approved specialist officer training/reserve officer training, or YOP (NBO)
• Driver's license B
• Good knowledge of the Office suite
• Experience in administrative work and digital systems
• Ability to express yourself clearly in both speech and writing in Swedish
• Swedish citizenship

Personal Attributes

You should have a good ability to collaborate with other departments/companies at GarnE and to lead cooperation with other units within the garrison. You have good work capacity and enjoy working both independently and in a group. You take initiative and strive for development and improvements where needed. You have a positive attitude and good analytical skills. Since support to others is a guiding principle while resources are limited, you need to be flexible and have the ability to prioritize.

Meritorious

• Completed logistics training within the Armed Forces
• Knowledge of the systems LIFT, PRIO, and VIDAR
• PRIO training in Warehouse and Technical Services

Employment form: Military permanent employment. Individual salary setting applies. The employment begins with a probationary period of 6 months for new hires. Employment rate: Full-time.
