Your new position

As a customer service representative, you will handle daily customer contacts via phone, email, and chat. You will assist customers with a variety of inquiries related to fiber expansion, billing, contracts, and the sale of fiber and broadband services.

Your task is to deliver top-notch service by maintaining quick response times, adhering to the work schedule, and communicating clearly both verbally and in writing. You thrive in a changing environment and always put the customer first.

You will be part of a team of 15 dedicated employees with various roles who work closely together. The group is characterized by strong team spirit and high engagement.

Working hours: Regular working hours are weekdays (not public holidays) between 08:00–17:00. During certain periods, shift work may occur between 10:00–19:00.

You will work in several systems, including ServiceNow, SugarCRM, and Genesys, which requires a basic technical understanding and the ability to work efficiently across different systems.

Main responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

  • Ensure high quality and professionalism in every customer interaction.

  • Work towards set goals (KPIs) such as first contact resolution (FCR) and customer satisfaction.

  • Document cases accurately according to established procedures.

  • Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements.

Your background

To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who is passionate about service and has a knack for communicating and building trust. You are a team player who can also take initiative and work systematically even when the pace is high.

We would like you to have the following qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

  • Solution-oriented and proactive.

  • Structured and organized but flexible with changing priorities.

  • Ability to understand customer needs and find the right solution.

  • Basic technical knowledge and good system skills, with the ability to quickly learn new tools.

  • At least 1 year of experience in similar tasks.
