Here you will get a consulting assignment where you combine operational IT support with the development of processes and routines. You will be an important part of an organization that has already taken the step away from legacy IT and is now working in a modern, cloud-based environment. This is a consulting assignment where you are employed by us at Ada Digital and leased as a consultant to our client. The assignment is full-time with placement at the headquarters in Uppsala, starting as soon as possible. There are good chances for over-recruitment later on with the client.

This is what you will do with us

• Provide qualified user support, primarily via remote support, but can also occur on-site
• Be responsible for and develop routines for onboarding and offboarding
• Ensure that new employees have the right equipment and permissions from day one
• Retrieve and manage equipment upon termination
• Create and maintain user instructions and internal technical documentation
• Administer and develop work in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory/Entra
• Work with Microsoft Intune and modern client management (Windows, iOS, Android)
• Be responsible for purchasing, configuring, and rolling out hardware
• Ensure order in the inventory system and manage the lifecycle of client equipment
• Contribute to a structured working method according to ITIL principles

Your team and workplace

You will be based at the client's headquarters in Uppsala and report to the IT manager. The role is operational and close to the business, where you act as the face of the internal IT support.

More about you

We are looking for someone with a few years of experience from IT helpdesk or a similar support function. You are used to working in a structured way and have a strong drive to replace ad hoc solutions with sustainable and documented processes.

You have:

• Good administrative experience in Microsoft 365 (Office, Teams, OneDrive/SharePoint)
• Experience with Active Directory/Entra
• Experience or a strong interest in Microsoft Intune and modern client management
• Understanding of ITIL or experience working according to established process frameworks
• The ability to explain technical solutions to users in a pedagogical manner
• Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing
