About the position
This is a full-time consulting assignment. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant for our client. There are good opportunities for extension of the assignment.

Responsibilities
As a Finnish-speaking support technician, you play a key role in the company's expansion in the Finnish market, where you are responsible for providing technical support and assistance to customers in Finland. In your daily work, you will be in direct contact with corporate customers via phone, email, and ticketing systems. You will handle various incoming issues and are responsible for independently finding and implementing solutions. This means you take ownership of assigned cases and are responsible for analysis, assessment, and troubleshooting from start to finish. For more complex cases, you will be responsible for escalating them to the company's second line. Additionally, you will support field technicians and service providers with troubleshooting over the phone.
Common tasks include:
Support to customers via phone, email, and ticketing systems
Consultation and troubleshooting
Assisting field technicians and service providers
Education, experience, and personal qualities
Completed secondary education with a focus on technology, networks, or similar
Work experience in IT support or post-secondary education in data or networks
You have a strong technical interest
You have good knowledge of Finnish and English, both spoken and written
Knowledge of Swedish is an advantage
Knowledge of CCNA is an advantage
