About the position
This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting 6 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant for our client. There is a possibility for extension of the assignment.
About the company
Our client is a larger public organization that is undergoing a significant development phase in logistics and material flows. In connection with this, an ERP implementation based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 is being carried out. The project encompasses both systems and operations and involves several internal functions.

Job responsibilities
In the role of project coordinator, you will work closely with the project manager and support in planning, follow-up, and coordination of activities within the ERP project. You will contribute with structure and ensure that the project progresses according to plan.
Examples of job responsibilities:
Support the project manager in planning and follow-up of project activities.
Coordinate meetings and document decisions and actions.
Follow up on timelines, risks, and status, and compile reports.
Ensure structure in the project's documentation and shared workspaces.
Education, experience, and personal qualities
Experience working as a project coordinator or project administrator in larger projects.
Experience in IT or system implementation projects.
Experience working with project tools and collaboration platforms.
Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
Meritorious:
Experience in ERP projects, preferably within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Experience in logistics, supply chain, or material supply processes.
Experience in change management or operational implementation.
To succeed in this role, we see that you are structured and have good administrative skills. You enjoy working on multiple parallel activities and have the ability to create order and clarity in a complex environment. Furthermore, you are communicative, collaborative, and comfortable having many points of contact, both internally and externally. You take responsibility for your tasks and work proactively to drive the work forward.
