The position is at the Digitalization and IT unit within the municipal management administration.

Your Responsibilities

As an IT support technician, you will work broadly within 1st and 2nd line support as well as with technical administration and improvement work.

You will, among other things:

Handle incidents and service requests via phone, visits, and ticket portal
Work with client management in Microsoft 365, Intune, and Windows 11
Install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, mobile devices, and peripherals
Work with Autopilot, Entra ID/Azure AD, and access management
Participate in smaller projects and implementations
Contribute to system administration and application control
Work with monitoring and basic security-related measures
Document solutions, routines, and technical changes
Follow and contribute to structured working methods within incident, problem, and change management
Perform basic control and follow-up of logs and alarms in server and network environments
Work with monitoring tools such as HPE IMC, Aruba, SentinelOne, and VeeamOne
Identify deviations, analyze first-level events, and escalate as needed
Contribute to proactive monitoring and improvement of stability and security
Support network and operations functions with simpler troubleshooting in the network environment

The role involves both operational support in daily tasks and the opportunity to take responsibility for one or more special areas, such as client platforms, M365, security, or documentation. The language is Swedish, both spoken and written.

Qualifications

Requirements

Experience working in IT support (1st and/or 2nd line) in an organization with multiple users
Good understanding of Windows clients and Microsoft 365 in an administrative environment
Experience working in Active Directory (users, groups, permissions)
Experience with ticketing systems and structured case management
Ability to work methodically, follow routines, and document your work
Good ability to communicate clearly in Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious

Experience in a hybrid environment with Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure AD)
Experience in identity management, group management, and policy management in Microsoft 365
Understanding of access models and secure access
Experience working in a Modern Workplace environment with Intune, policy management, and lifecycle management of clients
Practical experience in client rollout and management via Autopilot and/or SCCM
Experience in access management and identity management in Entra ID/Azure AD
Experience in structured management of M365 environments in larger organizations
Familiarity with logs, alarms, and first-level analysis in a monitoring environment
Experience with EDR tools and security-related incident management
Understanding of backup and recovery procedures in a production environment
Basic network understanding and ability to troubleshoot in VLAN and switch environments
Experience documenting solutions and contributing to process improvement in a structured IT organization
Experience in the public sector or environments with high demands for security and regulatory compliance

You are attentive to deviations, security risks, and new cyber threats – and contribute to strengthening the unit's credibility and competence in information security.
