About the position

We are looking for a Technical System Leader (TSL) for the IT Infrastructure Section at TVK Ledsyst. As a Technical System Leader with a focus on GIS, you will play a key role in the development of the Armed Forces' geospatial infrastructure. You will be responsible for driving the development and management of GIS software and geographic information services across and within the Armed Forces' ICT platforms.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Management of several technical command systems IT in a product portfolio
• Leading requirements specification for IT systems
• Supplier contacts
• Leading planning, execution, follow-up, and reporting of system status, operations, and maintenance throughout the entire lifecycle
• Leading review and audit of technical documentation
• Actively working on continuous improvements
• Monitoring maintenance economy regarding budget, forecasts, and outcomes

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

• Relevant university education or equivalent experience deemed comparable by the employer
• Experience in technical development, systematic work, and change management
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to see the big picture without losing sight of details
• Enjoy working independently and taking initiative in complex environments, where you are expected to analyze data and translate insights into solutions that strengthen the organization
• Good ability to structure and plan work as well as take initiative

Meritorious

• Experience in the Armed Forces or another government agency
• Experience in driving projects or acting as a requirements setter
• Experience in driving change work or digitization within the public/state sector
• Relevant certifications related to the area of expertise
• Experience with ITIL, SAFe, and agile system development methods
• Good knowledge of DevSecOps
