SKB is now looking for a testing leader for SFR who will work with testing and commissioning in larger projects and modernization of existing facilities. The role suits you who thrive in a nuclear environment with extensive documentation requirements and who want to contribute to the safe operation of a socially important activity.

As a testing leader, you will be part of SKB's unit DM and work with overall responsibility for testing and commissioning in projects related to SFR. You will be an expert in project groups together with colleagues from other technical areas.

• Examples of tasks:

• Coordinate testing activities between operations, projects, and suppliers.

• Lead, plan, and follow up testing activities.

• Participate in project meetings and ensure that testing-related issues are addressed.

• Develop work instructions, schedules, controls, work preparations, and permits.

• Establish and update preliminary testing and commissioning plans.

• Perform resource and competence assessments.

• Plan and procure resources for testing activities.

• Support project activities in procurements.

The position is full-time and is expected to be 100 percent on-site at SFR. The assignment runs until 2026-12-31 with the possibility of extension. Start will occur after approved security clearance.

To thrive in this role, you need to have a structured work style and appreciate the combination of operational leadership and administrative work. You work methodically, build good relationships, and are confident in communicating with different functions. The role involves many points of contact and requires both teamwork and independence in daily work.

• High school or engineering degree (at least 120 credits)

• Approved ESA training according to the requirements of the Swedish Electrical Safety Authority

• Good knowledge of applicable regulations in the field

• Very good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish

• Driver's license B

• Experience from SKB

• Experience from the nuclear industry

• Experience in testing and commissioning in technical projects
