We are preparing to move into our new municipal building and are looking for someone to help make it possible. We are now recruiting an IT technician for a six-month temporary position focused on the installation and setup of IT equipment in our new premises.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will primarily work on moving IT equipment into the new municipal building and be responsible for ensuring that the technology functions in our new workplaces. Installation of new computers and other equipment is part of the assignment.

The work is varied and involves both practical tasks and support efforts in the operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Installation, some troubleshooting, and handling of hardware such as PCs, Chromebooks, printers, and peripherals.
• Setting up and organizing new workplaces in the municipal building.
• Assisting in the relocation of the IT support's own operations to the new municipal building.
• On-site support in the operations, related to active cases in the case management system.
• Administration and some troubleshooting in various systems.
• Registration and documentation in the case management system.

QUALIFICATIONS

To be successful in this role, we prefer that you have relevant education in IT or work experience that we consider equivalent.

As a person, you are service-oriented, meticulous, and structured, independent and solution-oriented, and comfortable interacting with people. You feel at ease working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you have the opportunity to help others. You have good pedagogical skills and a holistic view in your way of analyzing and solving problems, both in teams and independently. All our work is registered and documented in our case management system. If you also have previous experience working with AV equipment, we see that as a plus.

We place great emphasis on personal qualities and hope that you can start quite soon.

A valid driver's license (B) is a requirement.
