ABOUT THE POSITION

Radonova was founded in 1986 in connection with the Chernobyl disaster and started as a research group of four people. Today, they have grown to become global leaders in radon measurement with customers in over 80 countries and offices in many parts of the world. They have a broad operation in the field, including production, analysis, support, and research, and offer radon measurement for homes, workplaces, authorities, larger facilities, and land.

In the role of Fullstack Developer, you will be part of Radonova's modern headquarters in Uppsala, alongside about 30 colleagues in development, data, research, and production. You will drive and actively participate in development projects, primarily in web, but also for other internal applications and systems. At Radonova, you work in a smaller, competent development team where you have significant technical influence and the opportunity to work with both the user interface and server-side logic. This means you will work broadly as a fullstack developer, covering everything from frontend and UX to backend, databases, and integrations. You will be involved in all phases of the projects, from idea and requirements gathering to architecture, implementation, testing, and deployment. The role entails a high degree of independence and creative freedom, where initiative is appreciated, and your ideas for improvements have a real impact on the product. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

• Program and develop solutions in projects, both frontend and backend
• Develop specifications and design technical solutions
• Provide technical support to colleagues and, if necessary, to external users
• Troubleshoot and fix bugs as well as solve problems in Radonova's systems
• Maintain and update WordPress sites and Objectif Lune PlanetPress as needed

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has work experience in programming with Java and JavaScript and is very comfortable with React
• Possesses broad IT competence and has an interest in both programming and Windows environments
• Has good knowledge of MS SQL
• Thrives in a smaller company where you can take significant responsibility and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Has a self-motivated and learning-oriented attitude, with a strong desire to develop within digital tools
• Is curious about new technologies and works modernly, for example by using AI for idea development and efficiency
• Master both Swedish and English very well, both spoken and written, as required in daily work
