About us
FMTIS Technical and Maintenance Office Command Systems (TVK Ledsyst) in Enköping consists of about 190 employees across seven departments. The unit's main task is the development and management of the Armed Forces' command and information systems throughout their life cycle, during war, crisis, and peace.
Main Responsibilities
As a Technical Systems Leader, you will belong to a section within the department for Secure Systems. A section that will grow and develop in line with the Armed Forces' increasing needs. The area of responsibility related to the role includes IT security components and IT systems within total defense.
As TSL, you will:
- Plan, budget, and direct operation and maintenance activities
- Prepare and lead handover activities
- Support other functions in procurement and decommissioning activities
- Follow up and report on operation and maintenance activities
- Follow up and report on the situation within supply
- Prepare departure cases
- Support other functions in maintenance issues
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
Several years of experience working with information security, preferably in the form of requirements specification work on IT systems and/or accreditation work.
- Several years of experience working with authentication, access controls, and log management
- Several years of experience working with governance
- Academic education focused on IT, system science, or equivalent - alternatively, long experience with equivalent knowledge acquired in other ways, within or outside the Armed Forces
- Good ability to communicate verbally and in writing in Swedish and English
- Driving license B

To fit and thrive in this position, you need to have drive and commitment. You should be able to work independently under your own responsibility, but also enjoy collaborating with others.
Your communication style is direct and clear. You are meticulous, have good planning skills, and a high quality awareness. As the work can be intense at times, you need to be able to structure and prioritize your work. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
DESIRABLE
- Experience in the defense industry, FM, or FMV
- Experience in managing systems in large organizations
- Experience in budgeting and financial follow-up
- Methodological competence and experience in process-oriented working methods (e.g., ITIL, SAFe)
- Knowledge of and experience with ILS (Integrated Logistics Support)
Other
Location: Enköping. Travel to other locations in Sweden may occur.
Employment form: Permanent employment starting with a six-month probationary period, for those who are not already employed by the Armed Forces.
Employment rate: Full-time.
Civil position.
Start date: By agreement.
