Administrator at SiS Youth Home Rebecka

SiS Youth Home Rebecka receives non-compulsory school girls, aged 16-21, with psychosocial issues as well as criminality and substance abuse who are involuntarily cared for under LVU and need treatment. Rebecka has five departments with different missions. The investigation work is carried out by psychologists, investigation secretaries, teachers, and nurses, and when required, child psychiatrists.

Job Description

We are looking for a meticulous and service-oriented administrator with an eye for detail who enjoys varied administration, close teamwork, and creating added value for the organization.

Concrete examples of tasks include:

  • Registering requests for public documents according to applicable legislation and SiS guidelines.
  • Searching for requested documents in relevant systems, archives, and among concerned employees.
  • Gathering and compiling documents or information that exists in multiple places or with several people.
  • Conducting confidentiality assessments and, if necessary, masking information according to applicable legislation and SiS guidelines.
  • Consulting with the administrative manager, quality manager, or institution manager before releasing documents.
  • Releasing documents in accordance with decisions made and documenting the release.
  • If email deletion is needed in connection with the release, the Legal Affairs department should be contacted for guidance.

Qualifications

For this role, we expect that you are:

  • Have a strong interest in handling the full range of our administrative matters.
  • Responsible, structured, and meticulous in your work.
  • Have good planning skills, foresight, and be flexible in performing tasks.
  • Independent in your work and able to take your own initiatives.
  • Have good collaboration skills and maintain loyalty and good work ethic towards governing documents and decisions made both at the department and across authorities.
  • Service-oriented.
  • It is also important that you have good pedagogical skills and communicate clearly. Personal suitability will be given great importance.

It is advantageous if you have:

  • Registrar training at a post-secondary level.
  • Experience working with record-keeping in public administration, preferably with the record-keeping system Ciceron (Diabas).
  • Experience in financial administration.
  • Several years of experience in similar work at a government agency.
  • Experience in preparing minutes, letters, and similar official documents.
  • Experience in work related to the Public Employment Act (1994:260), as well as the Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act (2009:400).

Employment:

The position is a permanent full-time position that begins with a six-month probationary period. Start date according to agreement.
