Responsibilities

As a job consultant, you will have the following responsibilities:

Actively create business contacts to help participants secure internships or employment
Practical work with participants such as assessments, goal setting, language training, computer training, creating application documents, interview training, individual matching to jobs or education, etc.
Reporting in internal and external data servers
Planning and development plans with continuous follow-up of goals

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is social and enjoys having various contacts with both employers and participants. We want you to have good organizational skills and already have an established network within the industry. You should have your own drive and a passion for helping our participants find employment. You should enjoy working both independently and collaboratively, and be good at creating structure in your work. You should have a good ability to communicate clearly in Swedish, both spoken and written. It is important that you have very good knowledge of the Office suite, Word, and Excel. Knowledge of English and Arabic is a plus.

Applicants must also meet the following requirements:

Option 1

Education: A university degree of at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system). The provider determines which field of study is most suitable for achieving the goals of the position.
Work experience: At least two (2) years of work experience corresponding to full-time. Part-time work may also be accepted if the total working hours correspond to full-time over two (2) years.

Option 2

Education: At least one (1) year of full-time studies at the post-secondary level with at least a passing grade.
Work experience: At least three (3) years of work experience corresponding to full-time in one or more of the following professions or tasks:
