What does the role offer?
As a labor market consultant, you will work to simplify and shorten the path to a new job for our candidates. You will conduct individual meetings to support candidates in their unique processes. Furthermore, you will work with active processing of employer contacts to create good matches.

In addition, you will also work with;
• Mapping and identifying individual needs and conditions
• Goal setting, planning, and follow-up of job-oriented activities
• Professional writing of individually tailored CVs and cover letters
• Strengthening the participant's skills in job searching and finding employment
• Matching the participant to work and marketing her skills to employers
• Requesting and acquiring work practice
• Documenting and reporting completed activities

All of this you see as obvious pieces of the puzzle in your daily work, and you are driven by making a difference.

Who are you?
To be considered for the role of labor market consultant, you have a relevant university education for the position or other post-secondary education, as well as several years of experience in either recruitment, transition work for job seekers, or career guidance. You have a good command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and good computer skills.

Business contacts are an important part of the matching process, which means we are looking for someone who has or can develop a broad network and has a strong ability to create and maintain business and customer contacts. Therefore, we see it as a valuable merit if you have previously worked with personnel and recruitment in combination with sales.

Scope: Hourly employment/Part-time that can transition to full-time
