The position is at Villstad School, which is a 4-6 school located in central Smålandsstenar. The school has about 190 students in three grades.

Responsibilities

You will work as a crafts teacher with a focus on textile crafts at Villstad School. Together with the team, you will lead and develop the pedagogical work towards the goals in the curriculum. The position includes varied tasks and is 100%, also involving teaching in grade 3.

Qualifications

You are a clear leader, creating good learning environments and relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. You are flexible and have good knowledge of working with students in need of various support and low-affect responses.

For us, this means having good cooperation with your manager and colleagues, both at your own workplace and in the rest of the municipality. You treat everyone with kindness and high quality. You take responsibility for being involved in organizational issues and are solution-oriented.

We apply a background check (extract from the criminal record) as a form of suitability assessment for all who are offered employment in activities where there is direct and regular contact with children and youth.

Interviews are conducted continuously, and appointments may occur during the application period. The position is filled subject to the necessary decisions being made.

A teaching license is required for a permanent position.
