Are you an engaged Spanish teacher who wants to work in a safe and family-like school environment? We are currently seeking a Spanish teacher for our 7-9 school in Forsheda, Värnamo municipality.

The position includes Spanish as a language choice for grades 6-9 and is approximately 75%.

We are a primary school with 200 students and about 25 employees. Here, we work closely with students and guardians to create a safe and supportive learning environment. Our school is characterized by small scale, engagement, and community where every student is seen and has the opportunity to develop at their own pace.

Responsibilities

About the position:

• Subject: Spanish language choice.
• Grade: 6 - 9.
• Scope: approx. 75% (Tue, Thu, and Fri).
• Start: 260810.
• You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and assessing Spanish instruction.
• Part of the school's work team and other professional networks.
• Class leadership may be included in the position.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a qualified teacher of Spanish for primary school (grades 6 - 9).
• Has good subject knowledge and didactic competence.
• Also has good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form.
• Is passionate about languages and creating lively and inspiring teaching.
• Has structure, good communication skills, and a positive attitude.
