Description

The Väster school area consists of the Forsheda Middle School for grades 7 - 9, as well as the primary and intermediate schools Hanahöjskolan, Hånger School, Bredaryd School, and Kärda School, along with their associated after-school programs.

We work together on staffing substitutes in the area and now need to expand our staff with new teacher substitutes who can step in and support our students during short-term absences in both school and after-school programs.

Responsibilities

We are now looking for several teacher substitutes to strengthen our school area. We offer a varied job where you can develop and make a difference for our students.

As a substitute in school and after-school programs, you need to be comfortable standing in front of a group of children and leading and teaching. You build trust, can take space in the classroom, and create relationships with students and colleagues. You should be a good adult role model in both actions and language, act judiciously, and follow the school's rules. Your task is to follow the teacher's planning during the school day or care time.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is responsible, independent, flexible, and accommodating. You can quickly adapt when needs change. We prefer that you have experience in educational work or have training in the field. You must have a good command of Swedish in speech, writing, and reading comprehension as you will have daily contact with students and colleagues. Since not all schools are accessible by public transport, a B driver's license and access to a personal vehicle are required. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
