Welcome to Klockargårdskolan in Broaryd! We are a school with nearly 90 students from preschool to grade 6, located in a small community close to nature.

We are looking for someone who wants to be part of the after-school program team and who, together with your colleagues, leads and develops the pedagogical work towards the goals. You will collaborate with the school's staff to create a holistic view of children's learning.

Job Responsibilities

The position involves pedagogical work in the after-school program for grades F-6. You will have particular responsibility for a student with diabetes.

Qualifications

We prefer that you applying for this position are licensed to work in after-school programs. You need to have good knowledge about children with diabetes, and it is an advantage if you have experience working in care environments.

You see all students and their differences as an asset and have a good ability to develop positive relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. A good approach is essential. You are well-versed in the governing documents and plan your work accordingly. You have a strong interest in using modern technology in your work with students. In Gislaveds municipality, we use tablets as a natural part of the pedagogical work.

Your collaboration is deeply linked to your ability to cooperate and participate in your and the organization’s development. With us, this means that you have a good collaboration with your manager and colleagues, both at your own workplace and in other collaborative forums. You treat everyone with respect and kindness and take responsibility for being involved in organizational matters.
