About the Role as a Mathematics Teacher

As a teacher at Furulidskolan, you will be part of a committed team that actively works for good cohesion with a wonderful team spirit.

In your duties as a mathematics teacher for grades 7 - 9, you will be responsible for conducting lessons, associated planning work, assessment and grading, as well as mentorship for a class. As a mathematics teacher, you actively, pedagogically, and engagingly stimulate the school's students to develop their knowledge in the subject and take responsibility for their own learning. As a teacher, you have the ability to adapt your teaching based on students' prior knowledge and needs in a creative and pedagogical way.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has a teaching degree with a teaching license and is qualified to teach mathematics for grades 7 - 9. Even those who are in the final stages of their education are welcome to apply.

You have a good ability to plan, implement, and follow up on teaching based on the governing documents. In the classroom, you are a secure and clear leader who creates structure, study peace, and good conditions for learning.
