Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include teaching in small groups with guidance from special education teachers and other colleagues. It also includes some openings/closings during the week at the after-school center. You see the differences among students as an asset and have a good ability to develop positive relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a licensed teacher in after-school care in combination with qualifications in a subject area. You should be able to take initiative, be stress-resistant, and attentive.

You are a clear leader, creating good learning environments and relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. You are flexible and have good knowledge of working with students in need of various support and have the ability to build good relationships with others.

Your employee participation is deeply connected to your ability to collaborate and participate in your and the organization's development. With us, this means that you have a good collaboration with your manager and colleagues. You treat everyone with a high level of service and kindness. We place great emphasis on personal suitability and that your view of employee participation aligns with ours.
