If you are a newly graduated preschool teacher, you will be assigned a mentor to ensure a good start in the profession.

Preschool Hult is located in Hults kyrkby next to Albert Engström's farm and Hults school. The preschool is divided into three departments, but collaboration is an important part of our work to ensure that all children are truly everyone's children and that there is always a teacher present.

We place great focus on safety and our approach towards each other. We believe that in this way we create an environment where every child and educator has the opportunity to become their best self.

Since the preschool and Hults school are located next to each other, there is a natural collaboration between us. Children meet school children and their educators daily, which creates security for the upcoming school start.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• The role of preschool teacher entails a particular pedagogical responsibility to plan, implement, document, and evaluate education based on the Education Act, curriculum, and operational plan.
• Provide each child with safe care and promote all children's development and learning.
• Be responsible for ensuring that each child has a real influence over methods and content.
• Be responsible for ensuring that the content, design, and implementation of development talks align with national goals.
• Together with colleagues, be responsible for creating an environment that inspires, challenges, and develops children's learning.
• Contribute to maintaining a positive attitude, good collaboration skills, and communication based on a solution-focused perspective in every meeting with colleagues, children, and parents.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed preschool teacher.

As a preschool teacher, you have a good understanding of the governing documents that underpin preschool work. You are responsible and knowledgeable about systematic quality work. You have a positive attitude, good collaboration skills, and communicate from a solution-focused perspective in every meeting with colleagues, children, and guardians. You are open to learning from others and contribute your own knowledge and experience.

Your pedagogical relationships are based on responsiveness and dialogue.

You are comfortable with digital technology as a tool and approach.
