JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The role of preschool teacher involves a special pedagogical responsibility to plan, implement, document, and evaluate education based on the Education Act, curriculum, and operational plan.

• Provide each child with safe care and promote all children's development and learning.
• Ensure that each child has a real influence over methods and content.
• Ensure that the content, format, and implementation of development talks align with national goals.

Contribute to ensuring that the preschool can offer an environment that inspires, develops, and challenges children's learning through meaningful creation.

Work from a professional approach regarding your assignment in the curriculum.

Vary your methods to collaboratively develop a joyful and educational environment that lays the foundation for lifelong learning.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed preschool teacher.

As a preschool teacher, you have a good understanding of the governing documents that underpin preschool work. You are responsible and knowledgeable about systematic quality work. You have a positive attitude, good collaboration skills, and you communicate from a solution-focused perspective in every meeting with colleagues, children, and guardians. You are open to learning from others and contribute your own knowledge and experience.

Your pedagogical relationships are based on responsiveness and dialogue.

You focus on the child and treat everyone with care, kindness, and respect.

You are proactive and focus on developing teaching together with colleagues in accordance with the preschool's curriculum and governing documents.

We are looking for preschool teachers with good leadership qualities who are curious about the role of learning leader. You will be offered learning leader training, providing you with excellent opportunities to grow and develop.

We also welcome applicants with an interest in or experience in outdoor pedagogy.
