Gyllenfors School is a primary school with 220 students, of which about 100 are enrolled in the after-school program. The school has several spacious facilities with development potential and is close to nature. Collaboration takes place with other dedicated after-school staff and in cooperation with all grade levels.

Responsibilities

In your role as a Teacher in the after-school program, you have an important role in planning, implementing, and developing the after-school program's activities based on its curriculum. You work to create good and professional relationships with children, guardians, colleagues, and others you meet in your work. It is of great importance to be able to create and maintain a stimulating and safe learning environment for the children. You will work both in collaboration with the school during school hours and in the after-school program's activities before and after school hours. You contribute to the development of the after-school program and shape the connection between school and after-school.

You will, together with other staff, plan and implement theme days and developmental activities, as well as work collegially to contribute to the school's development and improvement. The tasks may vary depending on the school's needs and the support students require during the school day and in after-school.

Qualifications

We are looking for a qualified Primary Teacher in the after-school program who works well in a team and wants to contribute to our development work where reading initiatives and relational learning are central parts. You need to be engaged and knowledgeable about the after-school program's curriculum to plan activities that are qualitative for the students.

Your collaboration is deeply connected to your ability to cooperate and participate in your and the organization's development. You meet everyone with a high level of service, kindness, and quality through customer and service focus. Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis.
