Responsibilities

Together with your colleagues in the work team, you will organize meaningful leisure activities combined with good care for our students. Together, you will plan, implement, evaluate, and document the after-school activities/school based on applicable governing documents. You see the students' differences as an asset and have a good ability to develop good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues.

During the students' school hours, it may be relevant to work in a smaller group with a limited number of students.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a licensed teacher in after-school care in combination with qualifications in a subject.

You should be able to take your own initiative, be stress-resistant, and attentive.

You are a clear leader, creating good learning environments and relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. You are flexible and have good knowledge of working with students in need of various support and low-affect responses. You have a strong interest in using modern technology in teaching. In Gislaved municipality, we use tablets as a natural part of the pedagogical work in primary school.

Your membership is closely linked to your ability to collaborate and participate in your and the organization's development.
