Welcome to apply for the position of preschool teacher at the Trälleborg area preschools in Värnamo.

The area has two preschools, Förskolan Ekenhaga and Trälleborgs förskola. We have placed great emphasis on implementing the concept of Accessibility in our education. We work with images and signs as a complement to verbal language. We divide the children into smaller groups for most of the day. We find that this leads to increased participation and influence for the children and a better working environment for educators. We actively work to develop our quality efforts, where a central focus is the Swedish National Agency for Education's targeted initiatives aimed at developing knowledge about how we support all children's languages.

Responsibilities

As a preschool teacher, you have an outstanding opportunity to influence the conditions for each child's development through an exploratory and creative approach. By being present and curious about what the children are interested in, you can help create developing learning environments. You have pedagogical responsibility based on the curriculum guidelines and actively work with pedagogical planning, documentation, reflection, and follow-up. The work is carried out in a trusting manner and in close collaboration with colleagues and guardians.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a licensed preschool teacher and has a good understanding of the preschool's mission and curriculum. You are clear and have a solution-oriented working method, as well as the ability to create engagement, joy at work, and clarity in your pedagogical leadership. You have a pedagogical perspective that combines professional care and teaching. We place great importance on personal suitability and the ability to think innovatively and solution-focused. Extensive experience with children in need of special support is an advantage. We would like you to attach a personal letter and CV.

Conditions

The position will be filled subject to the necessary decisions being made. Selection and interviews will take place on an ongoing basis.
