Your new job
Ribbaskolan F-6 is looking for a lead teacher with a focus on after-school care.
You will be an important part of the school's collective development work to enhance the quality of after-school care.
Your primary responsibility will be teaching and planning the activities related to after-school care. In your teaching, you will demonstrate good examples and serve as a positive role model for the after-school care teams in their daily pedagogical work.
As a lead teacher, you will work with the school management to develop the pedagogical activities of after-school care based on the curriculum and contribute to long-term school and teaching improvements that strengthen students' learning, safety, and well-being. You will play a key role in leading collaborative learning within after-school care and act as a mentor for new educators. Your role also involves being proactive in the systematic quality work based on your own experience and scientific principles.
The position means that, in addition to your role as a lead teacher, you will be part of a team working together to develop the activities in line with the curriculum's purpose and central content. We expect you to be proactive and active in this work.
You will consciously work with the complementary mission of after-school care - a significant part of all students' goal fulfillment. You see your collaborative role as an essential part of students' education. Working from the student's overall school day is a given for you.
As a lead teacher with us, you will join a professional network with other lead teachers in the municipality.
Welcome to us!
