VFG Education provides upper secondary education, adult education, driving school, and various forms of commissioned training within the transport and construction industry. The company has a turnover of approximately 120 million and employs 100 people. We are located in Växjö, Karlshamn, and Jönköping. VFG Education is a growing company with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and short decision-making paths.

VFG in Jönköping trains upper secondary students and adults for professions such as truck driver, construction worker, and excavator operator. We also operate a driving school for licenses C, CE, D, and DE.

We are now looking for a driving instructor approved by the Swedish Transport Agency for VFG Jönköping with a license B for our upper secondary and AF training programs. Having C and CE is an advantage.

We are looking for someone with professional experience from the industry and the education sector.

Requirements include having qualifications in the educational field - at least driving license B. It is advantageous if you have C and CE. Also, qualifications in forklift, wheel loader, crane, etc. are advantageous.

You should have the ability to build and maintain relationships with students.

It is positive if you have pedagogical competence through education or experience.

Requirements include qualification as a driving instructor, and experience working with people from different cultural backgrounds is advantageous.

The position involves planning, conducting, and documenting teaching at VFG Jönköping, both practically and theoretically.

We are looking for someone who is engaged and interested in both the students' knowledge development and their social development, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with students.

As a person, you are creative and flexible, have a positive attitude, and a sense of responsibility. You also have a good ability to inspire, engage, and motivate students to learn. It is important that you enjoy working in a team and find it easy to collaborate.
