Kulltorpsskolan is a F–5 school where we work closely together in two teams – school and after-school care. We believe that "all students are everyone's students" and that our strength lies in collaboration, community, and commitment. The school belongs to the Hillerstorp principal area, which means that some professional development and collaboration forums are held together with schools in Hillerstorp and Åsenhöga.

An important resource for the operation is the student health team, consisting of the principal, school counselor, school nurse, and special educator.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will teach in relevant subjects for grades 1-5 and have class teacher responsibility. The work also includes daily administration and contact with students, guardians, student care staff, and colleagues.

We are looking for someone with a relational approach and clear leadership in the classroom. You have the student in focus and work with guidance and stimulation in the classroom to meet students at both group and individual levels. You are comfortable using compensatory aids in your work to meet students' needs, and digital tools are a natural part of your teaching. You are well-versed in grading and assessment.

You see the advantages of collegial learning and are eager to collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to develop the work, which is part of the school's systematic quality work. You recognize that collaboration and shared understanding benefit student development. You also see that good cooperation with guardians is a strength when we work for the student's best interests.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a degree and teaching certification with authorization to teach in grades 1-5. We welcome applicants with previous teaching experience, but newly graduated teachers are also encouraged to apply.

We place great emphasis on social competence and the ability to meet students and collaborate with colleagues and other staff.
