Your new job

Together with experienced and competent colleagues, you will have the opportunity to share your knowledge and educate our high school students in the HVAC and property program for their future career choices. Our well-regarded program currently offers two of the national specializations, HVAC and refrigeration and heat pump technology. Soon, we also plan to open a specialization in ventilation. This, combined with retirements, means we are now looking for someone with experience and knowledge in one or more of the following areas: HVAC, refrigeration and heat pump technology and/or ventilation.

Erik Dahlberg High School is the largest high school in Jönköping Municipality. Approximately 1580 students attend our school, spread across four college preparatory programs, two vocational programs, and two vocational introduction programs. With a staff of about 160 people, we collectively strive to create the best conditions for the school's youth, with a pleasant atmosphere and a school characterized by participation, influence, and safety. Erik Dahlberg High School has a high percentage of students who graduate with a high school diploma/vocational diploma after three years of study. Your qualifications

We are looking for someone with knowledge in the subjects of HVAC, refrigeration and heat pump technology and/or ventilation. If you have a teaching license as a vocational teacher, it is highly meritorious. You should enjoy sparking curiosity, teaching, and guiding our youth towards new knowledge and preparing them for future careers. Good collaboration skills, flexibility, and a secure leadership style are essential to succeed in this role. Proficiency in the Swedish language, both spoken and written, as well as basic IT skills, are necessary.
