Bäckaskolan is a K-9 school located in the central town of Gnosjö. In grades 7-9, about 200 students from Gnosjö, Nissafors, and Åsenhöga and surrounding areas attend. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will teach technology, in combination with another subject. The job also includes daily administration and contact with students, guardians, and colleagues. You will share the class leadership with a colleague. For qualified and experienced applicants, there is an opportunity for a three-year lead teacher assignment in AI, either upon hiring or after an initial period.

We are looking for someone with a relational approach and clear leadership in the classroom. You focus on the student and work with guidance and stimulation in the classroom to meet students at both group and individual levels. You are comfortable using compensatory aids to meet students' needs. Digital tools are a natural part of your teaching. You are well-versed in grading and assessment.

You see the advantages of collegial learning and are happy to collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to develop the work, which is part of the school's systematic quality work. You recognize that collaboration and consensus benefit the student's development. You also see that good cooperation with guardians is a strength when we work for the student's best interests.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a degree and teaching certification with authorization to teach technology, as well as another subject in grades 7-9. We welcome both experienced teachers and recent graduates to apply.

We place great emphasis on social competence and the ability to meet students and collaborate with colleagues and other staff.
