Your new job

We are now looking for someone who wants to develop students' abilities, knowledge, and self-confidence, as well as prepare them for life and the future. Through knowledge and creativity, you will inspire your students to a joyful learning experience, to take responsibility, and to develop.

We are seeking a new colleague for Ödestugu School. You will work with students in grades F-2 together with a teacher. Together with the team, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and developing the teaching in a way that takes a holistic view of the student and the student's needs, in accordance with the curriculum and other governing documents.

Welcome to us

The Tenhult school area consists of two F-6 schools, Tenhult School and Ödestugu School. We are a large school area with about 80 staff and 560 students. Ödestugu School is located about 28 km from the center of Jönköping, serving just over 50 students. Geographically, we are situated in the southeastern part of the municipality, bordering both Vaggeryd and Nässjö municipalities.

Your qualifications

You are qualified and have a teaching license to teach in grades F-3 or are nearing the end of your education. You are well acquainted with the curriculum and are confident in your role as a teacher and the tasks involved in the teaching profession. You see the strength in working in a team and are a clear leader. You strive to develop each student's abilities, both academically and socially, and you are someone who is there for all students at the school. You have a good ability to build relationships with students and have an inclusive approach.

Good to know

To reach Ödestugu School, a driver's license and access to a car are required, as there are no other means of transportation available.
