JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The job involves teaching dance, from beginner to advanced levels, within the framework of the Cultural School's activities. The dance instruction is aimed at children and young people aged 5–19 years. You will teach various dance styles, including several classes in street dance, as well as ballet, jazz, modern dance, and choreographic work, which requires a broad knowledge and competence in the subject of dance.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with good experience and knowledge in dance or a relevant education in the field. You must have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

As we operate throughout the municipality, we prefer that you have a B driver's license.

As a person, you are collaborative, confident, and pedagogical. You are a good role model for the target group.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

SALARY
Hourly wage will be discussed after the interview.

ABOUT THE WORKPLACE
The Culture and Leisure Administration in Tranås employs individuals through all stages of life. We are responsible for libraries, general cultural departments, open youth activities, sports and outdoor facilities, swimming pools, the cultural school, and association services in Tranås municipality. Through our wide range of outdoor activities, events, and facilities, our goal is to offer a high degree of service and accessibility. Within the administration, we collaborate with private, non-profit, and public actors to increase the attractiveness and quality of life for everyone in Tranås.

The Cultural School is one of the cornerstones of the municipality's offerings of leisure activities and a central part of the cultural life of the municipality. The Cultural School is an important partner for primary and secondary schools and works closely with the aesthetic program. We offer inspiring courses in music, dance, theater, and much more, allowing students to awaken and develop their creativity and artistry.
