Job Responsibilities

Västra Tuvevägen BmSS is a residential facility providing special services for younger individuals with neuropsychiatric disabilities.

The operation includes ten individual apartments where tenants receive tailored support in their daily lives. Support is primarily provided in their own homes but may also involve assistance with activities, contact with authorities, and health care.

As a support assistant, you work closely with the tenants to create conditions for an independent and meaningful life. The work is based on implementation plans and involves support in daily tasks, communication, leisure activities, and social interaction. You collaborate with relatives, guardians, and other stakeholders and are responsible for social documentation and medication management according to delegation. The goal is to strengthen tenants' participation, self-determination, and personal development. There are animals in the residence, so it is important that you are comfortable working in such an environment. Challenging behaviors may occur.

Working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, and every other weekend. Some work may take place in other operations. We use Time Care Planning for operationally adapted and flexible schedules.
