We are looking for summer substitutes:

for Skyddsvärnet's apartment department, which currently consists of seven employees and a group manager.

You need to be able to work full-time for at least 5 weeks during the summer period and be available for some shifts even before the summer.

Our employees provide support to the residents we have in our own and the city's apartments around Gothenburg. We have agreements that involve supervision/support in reference apartments in the form of social housing with support agreements, and we also work with housing first, where the resident themselves gives us assignments on what we should work on to improve their living situation and inclusion in society. Therefore, it is required that you have previously worked with similar tasks so that you as a substitute can quickly get into the work. Working hours are usually scheduled during weekdays.

Our unit that works with protective apartments will also be in need of a summer substitute for part of the summer, and there may also be a need for a certain part of the spring. The work resembles the above description but with more focus on safety and protection aspects and also requires experience, i.e., that one has worked with similar tasks.

You will work independently but with daily support from colleagues and the responsible person.

Humility, a flexible personality, attention to detail in work, and a good sense of how to meet different people in difficult situations who may have dependencies and mental health issues are essential qualities we are looking for. You will write reports after each visit and drive a car for work, which means you need to have good Swedish skills and a B driver's license.
