The position is a part-time employment that involves working one 24-hour shift per week, from Sunday to Monday. During the night, sleeping on-call is applied. The position is planned to start in March.

As a personal assistant, you will provide support to a woman in her 30s who lives with autism. She has a great interest in music, dance, swimming, and walking. You will be a secure support in her daily life and adjust your work according to her needs, routines, and wishes.

The tasks include personal care, support in household chores, and other daily activities. It is important that you can work independently, notice what needs to be done, and take your own initiatives while being attentive to the client's daily condition.

Our client would prefer that you who apply:

• are a woman.

• have very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

• have experience with low-arousal approaches and autism.

• are a competent swimmer.

It is also an advantage if you:

• have experience as a personal assistant or similar work

• have experience with TAKK (sign language as an alternative and supplementary communication)

• are tolerant of pets

• have a B driver's license

Employment type: As long as the assistance assignment lasts

Extent: Part-time

Working hours: One day per week, Sunday at 10:00 AM to Monday at 10:00 AM.

Start date: March

Introduction: Shadowing with an experienced personal assistant is planned for March.

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Before a possible employment, you must be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EES or a valid work permit.
