AO Assistans AB is the small company with flexible options. Our mission is to provide personal support that ensures the highest quality of life for individuals with disabilities who are covered by LSS services. We consider the best interests of both the disabled individual and the employee.
We are looking for a cheerful person who is social and friendly. It is not a requirement but a merit if you have worked in personal assistance and have experience in this profession.
It is also a merit if you have previously worked with MS. It is very important that the personal chemistry works between our client and you, so this will be taken into account during recruitment and hiring. You will receive more information about our client's care needs during a possible job interview. You will be working with a wheelchair-bound man and act as his extended arm.
You will assist him in daily life with tasks such as everything that needs to be done in a home, cooking, cleaning, mobility, personal hygiene, and activities. You will assist him with what he needs; your workplace is wherever he is. It is a merit if you have care experience with MS.
Our client has his own manual car, so it is a requirement that you have a driver's license.
